When I took Valium, it never made me sick, it just calmed me down.

I have taken Valium in the past with no problems. HOWEVER, now that I am on pain meds (opioid) I can no longer take tranquilizers like Valium because of the sudden death issue. Good idea to talk it over with your doctors.

I had to have all my teeth pulled and a dentist could not get near me without me being knocked out. I don't know what he gave me but I was knocked out cold. I never had any problems with that. I did have problems with Tylenol with Codeine.

emoticon with Kris. You have to talk to your Dr. not just the dentist. The dentist should know all medications you are on.

You need to have this discussion with your Dr and/or Psychiatrist. It is YOUR health (all aspects of it including other medications you are on) which determines what is prescribed to you, and they are the ones to determine this.

Good luck,
Kris
