Hi Lacey, mine started about the same time. I'm 40 now. If you ever want to talk I'd be happy to listen. SP is a great place to learn to be/stay healthy. I don't know about you, but trying to lose weight on top of being depressed can feel overwhelming sometimes. This team is a great place to go when you need to talk or just be around others who feel the same way you do. Welcome! Message me any time emoticon

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

Hi Lacey! Glad you chose to join this team where caring and compassion results in support and encouragement each time you post. Check out the site and see the many tools, articles, message boards, Nutrition tracker and Fitness Tracker.

Use the Nutrition Tracker to identify where you calories are coming from. Pay attention to the recommended ranges as they will support your efforts at weight management. Drink 8 cups of water a day, get your 8 hours of sleep, and exercise. Those are the basic elements that will help you reach your goals.

Come back soon and post often. We're here for you.
