I think this is the third consecutive day of visiting SP. Even though I've yet to track food or exercise, I feel like I'm getting something out of reading articles and posting in here. And I hope when I start tracking stuff, that I'll stick with it for the long run. I want to make it work this time.

Anyway, how is everyone else doing?

Hey everyone,

I can't believe it's been over a year since I was last here. Back in 2010, I was in SP every day for over a year. Now, I seem to come here every so often while promising myself that I would be more active. After all, there's no kids to blame the weight on.

So, I'm here again, hoping that I can keep up with my daily goals and lose this weight for good.

Anyway, nothing really new since my last post. I hope everyone is doing well.

WowÖ 10 days sure fly by. Where is time going in such a hurry?

Itís been nice lately, temperature-wise. I think it might be 35*F outside.

I gained back 2 of the pounds I had lost. Even though Iím eating healthier, Iím still eating a lot more than I should. If I can find a fitness routine that I can stick with, then I might not have to worry as much about the amount Iím eating.

Weíve made a big dent in our clutter. Lots of garbage and recyclables out the door. Itís a good thing we donít have kids or we might have an even bigger mess to get through.

Has anyone heard of Habitica? I think their tagline (at least on their wiki) is ďYour Life, The Role Playing GameĒ. I joined last week and itís fun. Itís nothing fancy, but if you like RPGs and are looking for another way to keep track of habits and goalsÖit might be for you.

Anyway, whatís new with you? I hope everything is okay.

Itís still very cold here. It was below 0*F last night.

According to my activity feed, I lost 3 pounds since last Monday. All Iíve done so far is cut out a lot of junk food and tried to be active for at least 5 minutes each hour. It seems to be working.

Iíve been decluttering a bit today. It seems that every flat surface is covered with stuff. Every year I tell myself that Iíll keep after the clutter, but it still finds me. A few days ago, I said that this was the year to finally get organized.

Anyway, back to work. I hope everyone is doing well and keeping up with whatever goals you have.

Can you believe that weíre already on the sixth day of the new year?

Itís cold outside. The weather site might say itís in the 20s, but thereís a windchill. At least the sun is out.

Iíve been back on SparkPeople for two weeks, but have mostly gone after a few easy points, as well as trying to be active in a few of my teams. I know SP worked for me in 2010, so Iím hoping to get similar results this time around. Just need to get my butt in gear.

Not much else going on. Just a lazy Friday afternoon for me.

Anyway, I hope to help make this team a bit more active. I have some ideas that I hope will have people checking in.
