I do a combat body control dvd but cant find anything in the fitness tracker for this any ideals

Under the exercises you can browse for different workouts such as aerobics: high impact or low impact depending on the exercise you choose

I was told about an awesome website called exercise tv.com. I have been doing about 1-2 a day, but I'm not sure how to track it or how many calories I burned. (My HRM doesn't show calories) Any suggestions would be so helpful. Thank you
