Maybe I need to add 30 day shred to my workouts! I've been doing mostly cardio and trying to add some strength training, this might be a good addition!

For those that want something free, exercisetv.tv is a great website with some really wonderful free videos. I do one 10 minute one every day, but they range up to 30 minutes to almost an hour I think.

I agree with Serving as well, I just finished 30DS L1 (it's been sitting on my shelf with out use for a couple months now..lol), and it's definitely a butt kicker. Check it out.

I'm working with the 30 Day Shred now and if you want something that will kick your butt, this is definitely it *LOL* Just don't pay too much attention to the thing on the DVD that says you can lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days. Sure, you can lose UP TO 30 pounds, but most people I've heard talk about it say that they lost 5-15 or so.

If weight is your only form of measurement, I'm wondering if straight cardio might be a better choice. People seem to say that cardio is what loses weight. The Shred is a combo of cardio and strength training that most people track as circuit training.

But if you're looking at measurements as well as weight, then go for the Shred! Some people have said that while they didn't lose as much as they wanted to in pounds, they lost several inches off their waist or noticed a good difference in muscle tone. Muscle really does weigh more than fat, so I can understand why people would get good results as far as measurements, but less so when it comes to the scale.

I've heard good things about Jillian Michaels's 30 Day Shread.

It's FREE to connect too, but,
naturemade.com
has a program that when you buy their vitamins, you get points from the bottle (each one), as you add the number on the side of the bottle/s to the online sight. After so many points you choose the FREE item/s you want. I started out getting videos to workout at home. Then I got FREE coupons for $7.00 off next purchase of one of their vitamins. Then I got free soyjoy bars, then I got Free GREEN bags (4 of them), Then I got chances now for new stuff they are adding to the list.
The vitamins are consistant to strength and value.
Hope it works out for you. I reccommend this sight to those wishing/liking free stuff for their purchases. Anything free in todays economy is welcomed by me.

Turbo Jam!!!! Any of them will do. I really like doing the 20 minute workout in addition to my running. Punch, Kick, and Jam is very good, and so are the cardio parties. You can get them for cheap off of Amazon :)

I hear a lot of comments about Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred. You would want to start with level 1. If you're familiar with Jillian then you know she is no joke.

I would also suggest kicking up the intensity on the form of exercise you enjoy.

Good Luck!
