Dealing with stress today and waiting for phone calls inside so I don't miss them.
Got my full body strength workout for 25 minutes completed right off this morning.
Walked the dogs 1 mile after the bus arrived to settle my thoughts and get a game plan.
Made my phone calls and am still waiting (ARGGHHH!) emoticon
Felt my stress level rising again so I jumped on the elliptical trainer while I wait and did 45 minutes and burned off 636 calories. It sure helped convert my negative energy into a more positive one to help benefit me for the day.

Will be getting ready to do some Wii fit plus yoga and maybe some Gold's Gym Cardio Workout shape boxing workout while I continue to wait.

I got a new dvd Jeanette Jenkins Bikini Body Bootcamp. It is 75 minutes of cardio, sculpt and ab work. Challenging dvd that makes me sweat. I am also on week 7 of Insanity series.

Will be doing the Slim in 6 Start it up DVD, then maybe some Wii with the kids! Oh and walking to get in my 10,000 steps a day!

Wii fit plus yoga & strength exercises 24 minutes.
Wii Gold's Gym Cardio Workout shape boxing prepared workout plus extra boxing training exercises for 22 minutes. (All done before my son's alarm goes off to prepare for school!)
After the bus, I walked the dogs 1 mile.
Went for my own walk of 2.21 miles in 39 minutes.
Elliptical trainer for 25 minutes, 375 calories burned.
Family fitness walk in evening after dinner 1 mile.
Will be doing my 10 min. strength lower body SP Fit, Firm, & Fired Up workout next.

30 DS Level 2

Hoping to get my mom to do level 1 later with me, then I'll do a pilates dvd

Got level 1 in (W/O my mom) But I didn't do the Pilates DVD. After the Jumping Jacks and the jump rope moves my calves always really hurt, so I opted out for today.

Any suggestions for better calf streches?

Just completed 3 segments of the 10 minute solution Kickboxing dvd. I love this dvd. I feel so good.

Yesterday I did a short ab workout, a short upper body workout, went for a 30 minute walk, and did a 10 minute cardio workout here on Spark.

Walked 2.13 miles in 37 minutes in the morning.
Followed that with 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer, 445 calories burned.

Its great to be home and able to exercise in the comfort of my home.
Today, I got a late start due to errands in town and cleaning up from the vacation with laundry matters.
Walked dogs 1.02 miles with my husband.
Wii Gold's Gym Cardio Workout shape boxing for 25 minutes.
SparkPeople Fit, Firm, & Fired Up dvd day 2 All About Arms 10 min. workout using 5 lb. dumbbells
Walked 3.52 miles in 52 minutes-Weight Watchers 5k evening walking event with friends.

Been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It's been about 20 some odd days since I've started.

I did level 2 today.

This is 1 friggin hard DVD, but it is so worth it! I've been doing differnt workout DVD/Videos and taking classes, but I'm really starting to see some major results now!
