Heading to Myrtle Beach tomorrow will get plenty of steps in for sure.
Today, walked 3.14 miles in 53 min.
walked dogs 1 mile afterward.
Elliptical trainer for 25 minutes, 365 cal.
Wii Gold's Gym Cardio Wkout- shape boxing for 17 minutes
Walked dogs 1 mile in evening.

Today, I walked 4 miles first thing after breakfast in 67 minutes.
Grabbed the dog's leashes and off I went again for another 1 mile walk with them.
Had a driving lesson today and brought my son & his friend along since I was venturing out to other unexplored small towns and ended my trip driving through heavy traffic in downtown Jacksonville to get back to my home. I did AWESOME!

Did 30 minutes strength training while making dinner tonight using SP full body exercises workout and my stability ball and 5 lb. dumbbells.

Just finished doing our 1 mile family fitness walk to complete my exercise for the day.

Walked in the morning sunrise and fog for 3.08 miles.
Afterwards got on my elliptical trainer for 30 minutes, 450 calories burned.
Turned the Wii system on to do my boxing workouts with the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout game for 21 minutes. Have advanced to intermediate!
In the evening we went for our family fitness walk with the dogs for 1.03 miles. We stopped and found lots of fossilzed shark teeth in a neighbor's gravelled driveway.

Walked dogs for another 1 mile
Wii game Gold's Gym Cardio Workouts for 21 minutes did the Beginners combo workout for 14 minutes and followed with the intermediate ducking warm up workout for 7 minutes.

Today I spread my workouts thoroughout my day.
Walked dogs 1.03 miles in morning.
Wii Gold's Gym Cardio Workout boxing for 17 minutes
Elliptical trainer for 35 minutes, 506 calories burned.
SP custom full body strength workout using my 5 lb. dumbbells and stability ball.
Wii fit plus yoga & strength exercises in my Routine for 22 minutes.
Walked dogs 1.03 miles in evening with my hubby watching the sunset (PERFECT end to a day)
