Today, I made sure to get outside and enjoy the cooler temps before it heated back up.
Walked 3.06 miles in 54 minutes.
Walked the dogs their 1 mile after making my son's breakfast.
Elliptical trainer for 30 minutes, 433 calories burned doing intervals throughout
SparkPeople Beginner's band strength workout for the lower body with green medium resistance bands.
Wii Gold's Gym Cardio Workout did 3 different workouts for a total of 25 minutes boxing- lots of muscles in motion and getting fatigued.
Walked dogs 1 mile in evening.

Today was my REST day but I still walked the dogs for their 1 mile trips in the morning and evening.
Then I unwrapped my newest reward- a Wii game called Gold's Gym Cardio Workout and man it is FUN. I did that for 45 minutes and was sweating up a storm and exhausted at the end, but I felt GREAT.

I even wrote a blog about it since I liked it so much. I am hoping this will help me knockout the plateau I seem to be on and add some mix up to my exercise. Loads of FUN!

Today I did Legs & Back workout-instead of doing pullups I had to use my 20lb resistance bands emoticon !!!!

After my Legs&Back workout, I did 66minutes of emoticon running/powerwalking on my treadmill!

My aerobic walk for 2.21 miles in 36 minutes.
Elliptical Trainer for 30 minutes w/ varying intervals, 446 calories burned.
Spark People Basic Dumbbell upper body workout using my 5 lb. weights plus added in 3 more exercises to get those arms worked and fatigued. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
