sunrise walk for 3.21 miles in 56 minutes
elliptical trainer for 30 minutes and 441 calories burned
Spark People 7 strength exercises for full body workout using my stability ball and 5 lb. dumbbells. I also increased my number of sets up to 3.

Feeling strong and made sure to stretch. Rest day tomorrow, YES.

Today, my focus was only on cardio which I tried to get done bright and early due to family plans to explore the coastal town of Beaufort, NC today.
Ate breakfast then out the door I went to do 3.09 miles in 55 minutes. Grabbed the dogs leashes and walked them for 1 mile. Did a few quick stretches, sip of water then ended with 25 minutes of intensity doing the elliptical trainer for 380 calories burned on it.

Then shower time and off on the road. Logged in 20,414 steps today and feeling strong!

Wow, Liz, that's quite a workout! Good for you! I walked for an hour and 41 minutes because I lost a key on a half hour walk and tried to retrace my steps to find it. Never found the silly key but at least I got my exercise! emoticon

Its been downpouring sporadically here since this morning with real muggy weather. Went to the DMV 1st thing to test for my NC Learner's permit & I GOT IT!

When I got home, me & my son walked the dogs for their 1 mile fitness walk.
Then I jumped on the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes and 445 calories burned. Made sure to do my SP basic ball workout for core strength.

In about 1/2 hour we will be heading out for the 1 mile family fitness walk, so I am hoping to get my steps up considering I've been housebound the rest of the day.
