Just got done taking my dog for his walk. He had more energy today than usual, so it was definitely more of a workout. haha As for the rest of the day, I'll be cleaning house--laundry, vacuuming, dusting. You know, the joys of life. I'm hoping to squeeze in some yoga this afternoon, though. I haven't done it in a while, and I feel like I need it.

Started with my usual daily walk with Toby Dog. Then I did Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred (Level 1)". Ended with an extra 10 minute "Cardio Blast" with Denise Austin. (She is NOT my favorite trainer. Her over-the-top perkiness kind of irks me, but the small routine got my heart pumping!)

Today was Push Circuit 3 and it was GREAT being home to have access to my heavier BowFlex Dumbells again . While in Dallas last week I had to use the available 10lb sets. This is always a tough strength circuit. Next week I will be increasing weight size on one of the exercises(Sumo Squat) from 22.5lb set to 25lb set which will be a total weight of 50lbs resting on my thighs while in a wide-legged squat...LOL.

Focus: chest, back, legs
Weight sets: 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5
