Keep up the great workouts, ladies!!

Today I completed Burn C1 (CLX strength). The last time I did this particular circuit rotation was on Apr 18th. While doing the Squat w/Side Bend, I was able to increase weight sets from 15lbs to 17.5lbs. I am still unable to perform more than one pushup from the toes and continue to do the modified from the knee type pushups which is still good.

Weight sets used: 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5
Focus: chest, abs, shoulders, glutes

Today I was feeling well enough to do a bit of a workout, my doctor said no cardio till my chest has cleared up but I did 50 minutes of pilates today which was fantastic considering I haven't been able to workout since last Friday!
