I managed to do my strength training and forced my way through my denise austin cardio

Taking it one day at a time.

My lowest was around 139...making my way back down and hopefully farther.

Still babying my shin...so 15 minutes walking(NO INCLINE)....30 minutes biking.

Biking doesn't seem to bother my shin. So I might just switch to that for awhile.

33 minutes on treadmill, and on demand workout Easy Swing then I did Rock Hard Arms it was awesome I did a few min of the Dance with Me it was ok to slow

So far I have done my strength trainiing and 25 minutes of my tae bo cardio video. I hope to fit in a little bit more later on this evening after I finish up some housework. Too bad house work isn't more fun to do along with too bad it's so cold outside or I would take the older dog for a jog around the neighborhood.

For the 22nd I did 30 min Treadmill, 20 min TaeBo Favorites, 20 min Upper body, 2 min tank top arms, 3 min balley booty, 5 min quick cardio (those were all on demand with comcast)

I'm busted - I confess. I didnt do anything this weekend. I just foudn it so hard to work up the motivation and then my son had af riend over for a sleepover and they took up the living room and it was nasty out. But thankfully today I have my living room back after I get home from work!

I thought it would be nice to start a general thread to let other members know what we are doing to workout on a daily basis. Just a place to check in and hold yourself accountable!

Today I did my strenght training routine. It is a full body routine on a home gym. It takes about an hour or so to complete!
