Hope you got your planned walk in. My plan for the morning was to mow the yard but we wound up taking a box to the motel our oldest daughter is staying at. We stayed long enough to have breakfast with her since she had unused tickets and then dropped some clothes at the Clothes Closet.

I feel much better now and ready to walk with Leslie tomorrow morning. Right now it's 12:10 in the morning here in Tacoma,WA but I'm heading for bed. Talk to all of you later.
By the way the balance problem is gone and if I'm right my hair was to long and it through me off so now I'm fine.

I haven't been here in a while so I just wanted to let you all know I'm alive and kicking. I walked to Safeway and to K-Mart and to the Dollar Tree the last couple of days and it felt like I was drunk but the funny thing is I don't drink at all. I felt like I was off balance the last couple of days and can't get the hang of it to walk cause of the balance problems that I an having right now so maybe next week will be good for me to walk. I'm taking it easy for the moment.
I lost the weight and feel good about myself and want to loose more but can't seem to shake it so maybe if things turn out fine then I'll be walking next Monday with Leslie. Just have to move my old body.

Ahhh, I love Tigger along with all the Pooh characters. I did my walking in Silver Sneakers this morning. Very similar to a Leslie video with walking back and forth, side to side etc. After a quick lunch I was off to the imaging center for a mammogram, bone density and a thyroid ultrasound. Just relaxing this evening.

I did water aerobics, went with my husband for his cardiology check up (good report ) then lunch. I was glad to be home before the storm rolled in.

I went for a walk at the mall last Friday and I have to return something at the mall today so I'll be walking again but later on when I'm home then it will be walk away the pounds for me,

A group from church carpooled to St. Augustine and did the river cruise which was about an hour or maybe more. It was great with the wind in my face and the views were wonderful. We all stopped at a restaurant on the way home for lunch. I was ordering a la carte but wound up with a full meal so I have a leftover salmon patty for dinner.

How have I missed checking in here for so long?
I hope all the moms here had a wonderful weekend. Mine was pretty normal but tomorrow we are doing a river cruise in St. Augustine. Today I am thinking of doing some mowing but really don't feel like it plus I have a dentist appointment at noon for a cleaning and a meeting this evening. I'm thinking I will be messing around on the computer, finishing up the laundry and then heading to the dentist. LOL

Thanks, Val. btw every time I see that name I have to think of my daughter's best friend from her college days.

DH and I had breakfast at Panera's and have spent time making up the grandkids' beds and generally cleaning the 2 back bedrooms where they stay every weekend.

I had one a couple years ago with my colonoscopy and will probably do that again next year. I have a hiatal hernia with acid reflux. Hope his test goes well.

DH has Barretts syndrome and tomorrow morning he'll be having an endoscopy to re-check his esophagus. It will most probably be an all day thing! I'll be doing steps while I'm waiting! :D
