I made this on Sunday for our Valentine's Day dinner. It was really, really good! My husband was raving about it and took the leftovers for lunch the next 2 days.

I made it quinoa (w/ chicken broth, garlic, onion, red pepper minced) and sauteed yellow and zucchini squash w/ onions.

My mother in law was over too and made me send her home some leftovers! It was "mother in law" good LOL!

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. I made the recipe that I found today on the eat clean website and it was fantastic. Not complicated, and delicious. My roommate agreed. emoticon
