The sky was bright that day as I took my morning walk. I could hear the birds singing a pretty song. I could also hear the sound of a radio playing in someones house. There were dogs barking in the distance. I could smell a pie or two baking also. Little did I know that the car coming toward me down the street would soon disrupt the serenity of this happy scene.
Within a second or two , the car swirl to one side almost hitting me, I jump to avoid this almost tragic accident.
"Wow!", said the jogger I bumped into when I jumped. "That guy was trying to hit you!"
I was wondering who it was driving the white car. Could this have anything to do with the suspicious activities I had witnessed last week? I was hoping I was wrong. Who else would be trying to hit me, though, and why? I should have stayed home that day and then I never would have seen the guy throwing away the gun.
Well, I can't do anything about that now. I'm going to have a bigger problem if that guy was really trying to hit me. My next stop is going to be the police station. What am I going to tell them when they ask why I waited a week to report what I saw? Maybe I better go talk to my sister first. It helps to have a sister in the FBI. I ran to her house as fast as I could.

I looked around nervously as I knocked and waited for Sis to answer the door. It seemed like it took her hours to answer but it was only a minute or two. When she let me in I told her I had to talk to her, so we went into the kitchen to sit down and have a cup of coffee while we talked. I waited until she was sitting to start telling her my story.
She listened quietly as I told her about what I had seen and about almost getting hit by the white car, then she went to the phone and made a call. When she finished her call she poured me another cup of coffee and said her boss would be there in about 10 minutes.

Her boss, a very handsome man, arrived shortly and immediately began questioning me, asking for details about the car, the driver, the gun, where and when this happened, and so on. I looked into his deep blue eyes, and all thoughts of the gun and white car left my mind. My sister had never told me how handsome her boss was. I dragged my thoughts back to the matter at hand and, trying to concentrate, answered his questions as best I could. After all of this I was sure glad I didn't have to work tomorrow. I was thinking about the peaceful, quiet day I would have when the FBI man asked if he could call me tomorrow. He wanted to know if we could have lunch and talk. Behind him my sister gave me a thumbs up while I happily agreed to meet him for lunch. I was so excited when he mentioned my favorite restaurant!

After he left, my sister told me all the women in the office had been drooling over him ever since he had been assigned to their office 6 months ago, but though he had been friendly, he had never shown any real interest in any of them.

I was counting down the hours until our lunch the next day. As I walked the 6 blocks to my house, I thought about what to wear. All of the sudden another car came right for me and I jumped just in time. It made me start thinking about what had started all of this. Maybe my life really was in danger. I started to get nervous about spending the night alone in my house.
I turned around and went right back to my sisters house.

I will start with a sentence, the next person will copy mine and then add one or two sentences to my story. Just keep copying the one before yours and add to it. Let's see how long of a story we can make.
