BadLands, that sounds like a really good plan.

My rule of thumb was if I had to stop running to walk, even for a second..then I would do that days workout until I didn't have to do walk. Then I'd move on to the next workout.

The second 5 minutes was hard for me yesterday, too! But I will be moving on to week 5. Day 1 of week 5 has less combined run time than week 4 day 3. See if you can do week 5 day 1, if not, then repeat day 3.

When the week you just did kicked your butt, or just didn't feel right. I repeated many a day or week. You have to listen to your body. If you try to push too hard, you might injure yourself.

DIET IS A FOUR LETTER WORD!!!!

We are constantly creating our "karma" or destiny through our intentions, thoughts and deeds in this moment. It is achieved through countless deliberate acts of selflessness.

It's hard to be happy with others if we are not happy with ourselves.

Just keep on moving and you'll get there.

If you ever want to feel good about yourself, go out and help someone else!

Congrats on finishing Week 4! If you're not in a rush to be ready for a race, I would certainly do Week 4 again.

Congrats on finishing W4W3. Good for you!!!! I only repeated days and not weeks. And I only did so when I could not complete the full set of intervals for a particular day. I kept on the same day until I could do all intervals. Even if I was struggling. You might try doing W4D3 again with albuterol and see you feel. Otherwise I say, move on!!!

I just finished W4D3 today and it felt good. The last 5 minutes were a little rough (I forgot to take my albuterol before hand), but I made it through OK). How do you know when you need to repeat a week? Is it when you don't feel comfortable with your run, when you try the next level and can not do it or when you can not complete the level you are currently on?

Thanks for any advice!!
