The podcasts are music you run to but then at the right time, he or she tells you when to walk and run depending on which week you download. I've had a really persistent heel injury so unfortunately, I keep having to re-listen to the week 2 podcast! emoticon
Check out the Running Info forum on this team - I think the thread is titled "music and podcasts" or something like that. Some of the other team members have a lot of info on different types of music to run to, etc.

Thanks! I saw the reference to the coolrunning site somewhere but did not associate it with being the place to start. I will check it out. Thanks, too for the info on podcasts. I don't know if I can run to somebody talking, I might have to use my music to get started. (listening to anything other than my heavy breathing will be best) I really appreciate both of your quick responses and encouragement. I love this site!

Welcome!
There is also a thread in this same discussion forum under "How to Couch to 5K"! It also mentions one of the podcasts you can download for the Couch to 5K program.
Have a great run!

The C25k is on coolrunning.com
You just follow the schedule listed there. Others can probably tell you about various podcasts that track the program. I used my own music, but followed the plan from the website except I spent a couple of weeks at weeks 7-10. You will get lots of advice in this SP group, but the basics are on the coolrunning site. Good luck.

Sorry, folks,I am bit lost and need help. I am fairly new to Spark and new to this group. I would like to start running and do it the right way. I have looked all over this group and can't seem to find the instructions for each day's tasks. Where do I find this info? W1D1 where are you? I am usually not dumb with this stuff, but I think I am missing something. Please help!
