I can't seem to get below 200. Fluctuating between 202 and 200. I saw 199 once and then back to 200. Ugh!

Who knew meds have calories in them? Liquid cold med has almost 100 cals! After being down and out for about 3 weeks I thought, "well, I be losing the hard way". Not so much. I'm at 202.6. I feel like it's day one all over again.

Progress is slow and I've been too busy to take care of myself, but I lost about another pound this week. Down to 208.4, so 8 pounds to go. I just got engaged this past week, so I'd really love to lose some weight before the wedding. Hopefully that motivation will keep me from stalling.

Still on track but it's been slow going. emoticon I'm down to 218 lbs. It took be 15 days to lose 1 lb. emoticon I am so happy to lose that 1 lb. & finally see the scale going emoticon even if it's only a lb. It really helped my motivation. I have 19 lbs. to go to enter Onederland. My body doesn't seem to be cooperating with me. That's ok I'm still hanging in their and trying to remain positive! emoticon I keep thinking that at least I'm not in 240ville or 250ville.I feel that once I lose these 9 lbs. at get back to this ville I will have more self esteem. I will admit I'm already starting to feel better about the way I look. emoticon I am into a 1x tops and 16 pants though I must admit the pants fit real snug! I think that once I lose another 15 lbs. I can finally leave the womans sizes once & for all! I have a lot of lg. & ex-lg. tops that I hope to get into by the summer or fall. Another thing that helps me remain positive is I got back on track in Dec. When the spring comes & you can't hide under coats & hoodies I will feel much better about myself & feel less self conscious.

I did gain a couple pounds from my birthday weekend. I didn't think I was going to lose much this past week either because my daughter and her boyfriend came to visit for a couple of days and I didn't really keep up with what I ate and didn't work out either but I lost 5 pounds.

It's really strange, because I haven't lost 10 pounds all year... but I lost 2 pounds in a month.

I weighed myself this morning, and I was 200.3. I'm probably not the only one that views a 1 at the beginning of that scale to be a huge accomplishment... so, seeing myself so close, I figured that if I didn't eat for a few hours and weighed myself again, I could see 199 today.

So after a few hours, I weighed myself again, and I saw 199.6!

Since weight fluctuates, I'll probably be seeing weights in the 200s for the next several months, even assuming that things keep going the way that I'm hoping that they will, but I was really happy to see this today. My next goal is to see a 1 at the beginning of the scale when I first wake up in the morning at some point, instead of "cheating" and not eating for a while just so I could see this number.

Just 1.8 pounds left. Maybe I'll get to Onederland by the end of the year, if I'm lucky.

I wish I was kidding, but I'm not really. I've only lost 7.2 pounds since last Christmas. But... the good thing is... even if it takes me 10 years to get to my goal weight, I'm getting there. I'm not doing anything that is not sustainable. I'm not wrecking my metabolism. So it's not like I'm thinking to myself... I can't wait until I get to my goal so I can have a cookie, or anything like that. I get to my goal, I'll be like "yay!" and then continue to live my life the same way I am today. Except I'll probably be capable of doing more athletic activities at 110 than I am now.
