we took a ride to town today to visit family, than a ride out to the lighthouse and took a walk around the new trail. considering an hour prior it was heavy rain, the sun was shining it was wonderful.

knee is aching but i need to keep moving. i see the specialist on tuesday for my shoulder injury.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life

not yet. I had a training run yesterday and I really pushed it. I need to make sure I don't push too hard today, because tomorrow is an even harder training run. So the plan is to go for a walk today. Just a nice leisurely walk with the dog. Tomorrow we push and run

Great job getting a walk in! I did about 50 minutes of strength training and stretching this morning, and I'll do abs and a walk later. It's a beautiful day here for a change.
