I did them. They are very simple but it will be a very different experience having read the book (I had seen videos and read some but nowhere near the knowledge from the book).

The coach starts by sending an email asking what your 3 tiny habits will be - asking for the recipe (after I ... I will ...). This is done before Monday so you have your habits all ready to go on Monday (I think it was over the weekend but that first email might have come out late the week before).

Then each day they send an email asking how it went (you put at the top YYN) Y if you did the habit, N if you didn't. There might be a question about what was hard or surprising - but I only remember these 1-2 times over the entire week.

I have done it a couple of times and there is usually little other discussion. One coach said in reply to my 3 recipes that #3 seemed hard but didn't say what was hard about it (they might not have understood it). I think I asked, I don't think they answered.

One coach I put a couple sentences in one email and we had a very small discussion and he seemed happy saying that people never talk about what is going on (but to me the email didn't encourage that). That coach invited me back for a second free week which I really appreciated.

I would go ahead and sign up if you want - the email replies each day just take a minute and can be done when you have time (e.g. if you missed Mon afternoon/evening and did it Tues morning it would be ok).

Did you complete the 5 day workshop? I want to but it starts on a Monday. Those are really busy days for me. I wish it started on a Sunday.
