Since I'm in recovery from kidney stones, these are a little different

1) I went to the chiropractor for my first adjustment since passing the stones
2) I worked my first full 8 hour day of work since passing the stones
3) I'm actually able to move around more readily than I have in over 3 weeks

I'm tired of living on the sidelines...I'm ready to get into the race!!!!!

Got an iced coffee with sugar-free vanilla syrup instead of the 500+ calorie monstrosity that I would normally drink.

Did strength training.

Buckled down and got all my homework done early for the rest of the term so I can focus completely on my final project.
