We owns a treadmill, a cheap recumbent bike, punching bag, and a variety of dumbbells/weights. I used to use the treadmill, but really like the ones at the YMCA better as they are more stable. I need to bring the weights up from the basement closer to my desk as I could squeeze in some reps of strength training on quick breaks.

I used to have a lot more, but now I have stretch bands and some free weights. I still have many videos, but they're mostly beyond my ability at the moment.

After the strokes, I'm to where I can use some of the equipment. I'll be adding more use as I build up more stamina. Craig helping me workout on the seated equipment has enabled me to go from being in a wheelchair to walking with my UpWalker.

Elliptical and Gold's Gym and 2 lb dumbbells. It was my only exercise until I got my daith piercing for migraines. Now I do a lot of outside walking, but have started using the machines again now that cold weather is here

I have bands and free weights. I actually sleep with a free weight in bed so that I can do one exercise on my side in bed! I also have a stretch device Marie Osmond was selling on a home shopping channel sitting in its bag. However, I rarely use any of the weights and bands. I will make it a goal to add them into the day.
