Happy Monday Y'all. My goals for the week are to have my shake for breakfast/lunch Monday-Friday and to workout at least 3 times this week.

hi all,

my goal is to lose 2 pounds every week by tracking my meals and "fitness".........now there's a word I seldom use :)

. Starting with baby steps, 2500 daily.......and it's a HUGE effort!!
