I am sorry that you are struggling but you seem to have lost 7 lbs so far in May. That is huge! my goal is 0.5 lbs per week. I started getting serious in May also. I think I have lost 2 lbs. Don't give up! Think about why you are doing what you are doing in the first place. Remember that even a little success is still success. You can do it. We are all just taking one small step at a time.

I am at the point in almost all of my weight loss endeavours where I get fed up and quit. It seems my body REALLY likes to be in the mid to upper 260's. I have been here, struggling, eating well, and moving more since the beginning of May and have been bouncing from 268 to 261. I'm feeling discouraged and emotionally hangry for things that I don't eat much of any longer. Empty things like baked goods and sugary drinks. I not only don't want to "fall off the wagon", I CANNOT or I'm likely to die. I was 320(145.15kg) and I'm only 5'2.5"(158.75cm) tall. I AM bigger around at my hips than I am tall... I know all the "tips"; don't watch the scale, pay attention to your measurements(I have no one to help me take measurements accurately). I don't feel as though my clothes are fitting differently now than they did at the top of May. I'm trying not to feel sorry for myself and white knuckling it NOT to fall into the bottom of a packet of chips, a carton of cookies or a tub of ice cream.

What I need from the community is empathy, commiseration and some advice. Preachy drill sergeants may see their way out, right now. The world is an extremely hard place right now, let's be good to each other and lighten the load on everyone, if we can. Toss me a life line if you've got one to spare; hopefully I can do the same for someone else.
