Thanks for the honor ! I had lost 30 lbs last year before I found the sparkpeople website. Struggling some now and the weight is coming off alot slower than before. I tend to be hard on myself and criticize all my flaws, but someone told me the other day to look at how much I have already change by losing fifty some pounds and be proud of that.
