I did day 1 yesterday and day 2 today of the new 2016 5 Day Strong and Lean Challenge, and I'm really feeling it. Anyone else doing this challenge?

I'm just familiarizing myself with fitnessblender. I really like the videos that I have done before and I use their 5 minute warmup and cool down routines before I do the Sparkpeople workout generated strength fullbody beginner.

I love the standing abs workout - it really challenges my balance. It isn't too hard, and I sometimes use it just as a recovery activity.

Standing abs and cardio. The standing abs didn't seem like much of a challenge, but I was half asleep when i was trying it. I will be redoing that one in a few weeks.

I just finished the 4 week Core & Abs program (in a mere 6 weeks)! I feel stronger and more muscular in the midsection, but not great cosmetic improvement. Diet part is not going so well. Anyhow, I am on to a restart of the 8 week fat-burning ebook round 5 program,

Today I did Day 8 of new 8 week fit program - Fat burning HIIT + butt & thigh workout, plus an extra credit burn. I will feel this tomorrow! I am excited with the progress that I am making and that some things that were impossible a few months ago are now quite do-able!.

Today I did Easy Warmup Cardio (5 min) + Daniel's favorite lower back stretch. For jog-in-place and boxer shuffle I marched in place. Still feeling a little under-the-weather, and this was a good recovery activity. I am happy that I can hold onto my foot on the seated leg extended stretch - this is an improvement!

Great idea, Wayz! I am skipping a couple of days because of a procedure. I also don't do all the jumping, but I am improving in my abilities to keep up. I just hear Daniel's voice inside my head telling me to do the best I can. Sometimes on the jumping jacks, I do a side leg raise - it is still challenging, but not jumping. On the burpees, I can do a couple now (couldn't when I started) but I am very slow.

since it's cardio day for me.

I was able to finish it, sweating like a pig, but I struggled with the many different types of jumping jacks. I have to skip the jumping parts several times and just move my arms and legs. Also for my active rest, I can only march in place instead of doing a jog in place or a boxer shuffle.
