I really like the calendar feature where you can plan in advance what to exercise. Pretty cool.

I started their new 4 week flexibility plan on Monday, and so far it is working well. I had a cold over the new year, and still need to take it a bit easy. I plan to start the new 8 week fit plan next Monday, and make that my primary workout, and keep up with the flexibility plan as a lesser priority.

I started the 8 week fat loss-round 3 (my first round of anything though) on 12/29. So far, so good. I did a low impact cardio today that I liked. It was a little too easy but that's b/c I didn't add weights. I needed an easier day, though. Maybe next time.
