My goals for today

I have pleurisy, 2 types of anemia, macrocytic anemia, Iron deficiency anemia, from blood transfusions with wrong antibodies, causes blood to replace daily instead of 100 days, chronic pneumonia, pleurisy, chronic kidney disease, a partially collapsed lung, low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years. Now formed scar tissue.I am 56 years old. I had cervical cancer 6 years ago, no signs last 4 years as well. I have new blood clots now,2019.I am on P.S.T. time zone.

Drink 3 more glass of water (just finished #5)
Go out for a second walk (once/if the rain lets up a little bit more)
At least attempt to use a recumbent bike

Hi team, I hope you all are doing well. I wanted to share my goal progress on my goals so far. I have exceeded my water and walking goals for this month and I am still going strong. I haven't been eating or exercising as good as I should lately. The cold that I have is affecting my eating and exercising but hopefully that changes very soon.

I'm terrible about staying active by posts so I lose accountability offered by teams, but I love challenges so here I am. I feel I may have joined in time for a "hard" challenge (more something I don't really want to do but should be doing anyways) but easy challenges aren't exactly all that fun anyways emoticon

Yesterday was a pretty good day for meeting my goal. I met my water goal, exercised for 82 minutes and only a little over my calories which is good because I usually am under my calories..

It's good to hear that you are getting back into exercising. Good luck with your walking emoticon . I hope you're step daughter does well in school this year. Thankfully your boyfriend is doing better and I hope that his knee and urology issues get better soon.

Hi everyone. I am slowly getting back into the exercise world. I put an app on my phone and I have been walking every day for the last 7 days (no days off). It is only 15-18 minutes a day but baby steps. By the end of 12 weeks I will be walking 60 minutes a day and then I hope to move onto the running part of the app. I was never a runner but I would like to give it a try.

School starts one week today for my step daughter (she's 11 - going into 5th grade). I am hoping for a good year - hoping she get up and moving better than last year (lol - right).

Boyfriend is doing good - but now his knees are bothering him. Waiting to get into see the Urologist about his Kidney and then hopefully can look into seeing someone about his knees. It's been a long road and he has a long way to go but he's doing good.

I took a week off of exercising last week. With the humidity and heat so high last week it was nearly impossible for me to exercise. Yesterday, was a good day for me! I met my calories and water intake. Also, I have exercised for over an hour. I'm back in the game!!!! Have a great day everyone!!!

Yesterday was a great day! I met the following goals fitness minutes, water intake, steps and stretches. My only issue is my calorie intake. I track my food and calories burned and by the time I figure out the end result I am way under my calorie range. I am 5'1 and I weigh 150 lbs. I want to loose 10 lbs and I don't know what my calories per meal for me. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know thanks.
