Do you turn to a friend, a mentor or coach? Someone who has a successful weight loss record and experience? What about God? Do you ever turn to him? Do you ever ask for his help or seek his advice through his word the Bible? In " the dieters Prayer Book" Heather Harpham kopp writes " YES! God clearly and repeatedly tells us to ask him for what we need. In fact he invites to approach him with the trust and humility of a child. " You do not have because you do not ask God" James 4:2 When we call on God to help us with our eating we are not trivializing God's roll in our daily life, but enlarging it. Prayer is a sacred conversation with our creator, an opportunity to listen for truth."
Julian Norwich wrote "Our courteous Lord does not want his servants to despair even if they fall frequently and grievously. Our ailing does not stop him from LOVING US."

Isn't it time to invite God/Jesus to help you in your daily walk to weight loss. To share your struggles and frustrations with him...to hear his word of encouragement and instructions for healthier living? To trust his promise... in Jeremiah 29:11 " for I know the plans I have for you" Declares the Lord " to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future." Jeremiah 29;11

I CAN DO ALL THINGS WITH GOD! ...lovelyljs
