Enhanced exercise is a class through the YMCA it incorporates both cardio and building strength it lasts for an hour. We are checked at the beginning on what we can do and how long nd then at times during the 16 week course. I highly recommend it My back is much better.

ILENEJ: what is enhanced exercises?

BELLACUDDLES: chair exercises are excellent! I sometimes do them myself. I have trouble walking longer periods also. When I do go for my walk every morning I usually bring my walker with me. Sometimes I’m just rolling it along side of me and other days I’m holding both handles.

What’s great is that we are doing exercise!!!!

May I add – I HATE DOING EXERCISE……

I can’t walk very well or very long so I’ve been doing chair aerobics. It helps!

I have been doing enhanced exercise thru the Y three times a week for an hour. It has really helped my arthritis and back. This is a 16 week course and I can tell I am stronger and able to move around better.
