Hi - good to see your still on these boards. Look like everyone else who was here (when I was) has left.

Also looks to me that you have successfully kept your weight off. I see by your weight tracker you till want to lose a few more pounds.

I walk nearly every day and exercises for my knees and back on alternating days.

I do basic stretches 2 or 3 times a day, I also get some walking in. I try to do some type of weights 3 or 4 times a week

I almost always get at least 30 minutes in each day-mostly walking. I have senior tap dancing 2 days a week and try to practice for at least 10 minutes each day. I really need to do strength training but haven't made it a priority. I was doing rowing at the YMCA but haven't done that for awhile. We just retired so my husband & I usually walk at the Y or in the neighborhood. We're getting ready to go for a walk soon-it isn't supposed to rain until the evening. We've been trying to get our walking in the morning. I'm going to meet one of my fellow TOPS members at the mall to walk Tuesday morning. We went to the Silver Sneakers exercise at the Y last week but wasn't able to fit it in this week. Sorry for long post. LOL

What kinds of exercise do you do?

I usually walk and stretch first thing every morning. I also try to get in some strength training at least 3 days a week (don't always do it).

Exercise is a constant struggle for me.

I'm played up right now after surgery on my foot. I managed to take small walks, but they add up.

I do quite a bit of walking these days, it's good for me and my pup but I need to do other thinks too

I had a total hip replacement surgery on 9/24 and my exercise is pt right now at least 35 min daily. Hoping soon to be able to go back to walking. Yes you can do it!!

My back is better and I hope to getting back on my steps and more time doing exercises like I was at before my back flared up. emoticon
