as my mental health counselor says, if you don't get proper sleep nightly, nothing else is going to function right. how right she is. so, i take my anti-anxiety meds every night, and drink alcohol only 1-2 nights a week (not during the work week)

Yes, sleep is so very important in all aspects of ones life. Hmmm are you waking up throughout the night and that's why you wake up sleep deprived? Ever have a sleep test done to rule out sleep apnea?

It really does make a difference in how you interact during the day and with how you feel about things that are going on around you. I have notice this when I do not get sleep I am very bad person to be around. When I get sleep I have a brand new attitude and I just feel good.

Recently I found out some interesting news and that is sleep deprivation is connected with a lot of other diseases like diabetes, thyroid, and psorisas. I also found out that lack of vitamin D can be possibly have a link to sleep apnea. Today I woke up with little ambition and no energy which causes me a lot of stress as I am trying to get more organized and no luck so I am wondering what causes what lack of organization leads to stress which in turn affects my sleep or sleep deprivation leads to unorganization. Any ideas on this

there is light in the dark and hope for the believer and failing once shows you are only human and trying again shows you are determined
