Yo! It gets more annoying everyday.
This ONE in particular - just ANNOYING.
She's leaving at 4 today so I have to do everything for her now because I'm here until 5.
She locked things up already, I'm LIKE hey, I'm here until 5 - might need that stuff (in file cabinets) - She's an *$$. Really getting on my nerves lately. Into EVERYONE's business. One of those fast talkers who drills every unsuspecting sap who walks in to our office for personal information - SHUT up. I've talked to my boss about her but he seems to like her, he puts up with her. He makes fun of her, but she's too stupid to understand that what he is saying is TRUE. Like the other day she was OUT - SO wonderful, we ALL got so much work done (she TALKS 90% of the day about things I don't CARE about - its constant - and her family calls at least 3 times a day) - So anyway, she comes back and my boss says out loud to everyone and to her face - "You know it was so quiet in here yesterday you could hear a pin drop and we ALL got so much work done" "oh now she's getting mad" (directed at this chatty girl) and she might have but she didn't say anything (for once). Then it all started again.
She's so annoying. It's constant. Sometimes I ignore her on purpose and I think she knows it because that's the ONLY time she'll clam up. I have to be mean.

There's one in mine too, stalks people on Facebook and everything. Too bad the supervisor doesn't seem to care. Some people are just so negative!

Theres a person in my office who frequently talks about other people behind their back and its never anything nice. I got so fed up with it, I finally went to my boss's office, closed the door, and told him how inappropriate and unprofessional it was. He appreciated that I said something because he really didnt know. Then he pulled that person into the office and talked to him. I dont know what my boss said, but the talking behind others back definitely stopped. Of course, that guy didnt talk to me for months - only now has he started talking to me again. He even asked if I was feeling better after I was out sick for 3 days! Sometimes, even when you dont want to, you just have to say something to make it stop, is what I learned..

Wow there's a lot going on lately. Everyone is into everyone elses business. I try to remain neutral, not listen too much and and I'm hoping my boss will intervene. It should stop. It's unprofessional and starts rumors. I'm not involved but I SEE what's going on, downward spiral. Bad moral. Everyone gets more miserable. It's not right. AT LEAST if a "moral" meeting would be called maybe it could dispell rumors and innuendo. If an employee is struggling I believe it is THEIR responsibility to talk the "boss" directly and not their coworkers job to go to him and tell him what they think.
My position is to try to take everything lightly and NOT get involved.
