that's a great idea! i usually record most of the shows I watch, and then fast forward through all the commercials...... I usually have to pause it if I want to go do something. I see the error in my ways....

You know, I might try it too! I don't get to watch tv very much because I'm always busy. BUT...

I had a billion loads of laundry to do the other day, yet I was so tired, all I wanted to do was veg out and watch tv for an hour. So I ended up folding while the show was on, and during commercials I put wet clothes in the dryer, ran around putting piles of clean clothes away, and sorted the dirty clothes. I was surprised at just how much I got done! Hooray for guilt-free tv time!!!

Now you have me wondering what would happen if I did tv "circuits" the next time I get to watch a show? How about a different exercise during each commercial break?? I think I'll go for it!!

I have read in many places that if I am watching TV, to get up and move during the commercials. I thought that was silly for a while. well........the past couple of nights, i have done that during a couple of shows. it was mostly arm exercises, but i did notice i felt better. so, maybe there is something to be said for that? i will continue and see what happens. :)
