Been in physical therapy 2x a week for the past 2 months now. Need to fix my shoulder once and for all.

I'm 5'8" and determined to make a change now. Ten minutes of fitness daily. Too many times I've fallen off the wagon, time to make long lasting positive habits stick. Can I do it?!

Got a 4 mile hike in on Tuesday too in that one day of gorgeous weather.

Today I haven't done any yet.
Yesterday I did my yoga before work. I took Ike out for a fast walk through the woods and then a game of chase. I went to the gym for my ST session. When I got home I took Ike out again for a short run. I considered squatting my dog but I didn't. He seemed to have rolled in something dead and just smelt too bad for me to have him that close to my nose.

Went on a really great 3.5 mile walk on Saturday.

I'm 5'8" and determined to make a change now. Ten minutes of fitness daily. Too many times I've fallen off the wagon, time to make long lasting positive habits stick. Can I do it?!

Yoga. Every time I do it I always think "man I need this" I need to do it more often but life gets in the way. :) Going to make a conscious effort to get in more.
