The Spring Menu is at the Lyn Genet website under "The Book" tab. Here's the link lyngenet.com/tips-for-book-readers/ . If your outside temperature is consistently over 75 degrees then you need to switch to the Spring Menu. Here in Idaho we're in the 50's this week so I'm sticking to those hearty soups for lunch.

Don't cut back on your food!!! Eat until you are full, but not stuffed. Your body needs to be able to trust that you will continue to provide it with the nutrition necessary to maintain itself. Once it trusts you it will no longer hold onto that fat. Follow your menu and eat until you are FULL!

I have not switched should I? I was cutting back on food so I think I put myself into storage mode. I ate a little more today and I have had no rest day in several days so I did that too and I feel better and I think I am losing. Upped veggies also, had protein at lunch.

Is the spring menu in the book?

Hang in there, look at ingredient lists = perhaps there is a hidden thing that you are reacting to!?

Have you switched to the spring/ summer menu yet?

I have not been measuring EVOO, as Lyn-Genet says to use it liberally, and I have lost 3.2 poounds on Day 4... She does emphasize to drink the right amount of water, which I have been very diligent in doing, which helps to determine if you are reacting to any new food.

I have been trying to get the right amount of evoo. I am using a lot more than I used to. I put a Tbsp on my salad at lunch and dinner and cook my veggies in another tbsp of it.

EVO is "Extra Virgin Olive Oil"

Are you getting in the daily EVO requirements? It really works wonders for hunger and it's very good for the brain!

I have been feeling hungry in the evenings so I thought I would eat more at my afternoon snack and dinner. So I had 2 tablespoons of almond butter with baby carrots instead of one, yesterday. I only ate a four ounce piece of steak for dinner as I was testing it, but I think I will increase the size of my meat serving from now on. I still lost a half a pound this morning after increasing the almond butter.

According to Spark I have been eating only about 1200-1300 calories, and I don't think that's enough to keep me from being hungry at night. I used to always have an evening snack, maybe that's what I'm missing.

Isn't it wonderful being able to eat without counting calories! Most days I'm eating between 1500 to 2000 calories. Before TP I would have thought of that as a disaster.
