Good news ladies, I had 1/2 oz of chocolate and one cup of organic coffee yesterday and freindly everything else and today I am down a pound! whoo hoo! ( posted Friday, 10th)

Way to go THEMRSH!

Thank you all for the advice on steak. I have always ate my steak well. If I can't eat it that way, I may give it up all together. But, I will retest and hope for the best.

I wonder about redoing days 1-3 repeatedly, I did do it twice, and was worried about eating the same foods constantly and becoming sensitive to those foods.

I have little to no willpower and between the food and the water have not had a perfect day yet. I am on day 9 down 4 lbs.if I go up a little, the next day I don't introduce a new food., pull some carrot soup out of the freezer and continue on through the plan. Overall though, I would say I look and feel better and my energy level is higher.

I went back to day 3 a couple of times because I was not progressing past day 9 and had stabalized for 5 days, so I went back to day 3 and retested from there, so far so good, the scale is moving down again and I now KNOW what I am reacting to! I have also NOT had the chocolate and wine as suggested! I know that it is a huge risk for me to have that, and I will introduce it later since I am sensitive to sugar. When I have been at it a while I will test chocolate. For now, I am back to day 5 for the second time.

This time around though I am subbing rice instead of rye.

Back to day 6 tomorrow.

Down .2 today. I did overeat a little ( I had 2 oz potato chips & 1 1/2 oz chocolate) and I ate the chocolate at 11:30 p.m. with a little water. I play cards every Sunday and Wed and we are up until like 2 a.m. so I am always really happy when I lose after those nights. Retesting steak tonight as I tested last week when I didn't realize I was 5 days before TOM. Have a Blessed day all!!

Congratulations! Wow! That is great!

I Re-Tested Rye and no weight loss, So I will take that as a no pass!
So I am going back to day 4 which was my last freindly day and then will proceed to day 6 and I will sub rice where there was Rye going forward.

Hard to find rice crackers that are JUST RICE!

I finally figured out an easy way to track my water! I have the Sparkpeople app on my phone and you can track your water there! So much easier than checking it off in my book all the time!
