Every morning! Unless I have to be somewhere early...and then I do it as soon as I get back home. SparkCoach works well for me...motivates me, keeps me connected, teaches me new things, and cheers me on!

I try to do mine in the morning. I have been getting up early to get my routine done, and then I come to the computer and start on SparkCoach!

I do it in the morning, and I track my "planned" foods ahead as much as possible. Due to being linked to my fitbit, removing items requires a double removal and I am much more likely to stick to the plan that way.

I do mine in the mornings, but I know what you mean, if you want to track from there you have to go in and read the daily article or view the video and motivation stuff, then go back later in the day to track because you haven't had anything to track yet in the morning. So it's almost like you have to visit it twice a day.

i do it in the morning too. I've been trying to track my food too so I try to use the morning reminder to make sure yesterday's was tracked and if not, fill it in. Not a perfect science but trying to make it work!

I like to use SparkCoach first thing in the morning while I drink my coffee. It sets me up for success for the rest of the day.

I find that mornings are best for me to do the 'coaching' sessions... this way I really enjoy the visualization more and that can carry me throughout the day! Also, it does help me to remind myself to stay on track better and to try harder to reach my goals!

I prefer mornings. I do have to get up a little earlier to fit it into my schedule though.

I just started Spark Coach and was wondering what time of day others find to be best for doing Spark Coach?

I waited until the end of the day so I would have tracked all my food and fitness, but then when I completed the tasks, it said to go out and seize the day... does that mean most people do it each morning?
