Diabetic plan is lower carb. I say that b/c the amount of carbs DH is "allowed" to have per meal, is much higher than the amount they say for the typical "low carb" diet. I do stay mostly low carb, but a few times a week I switch it up and have a low fat meal, with some complex carbs.

I gained because I cheated too much. haha BUT, also I wasn't drinking enough water. So, that's my #1 goal for this week, drink more water!

I have lots of yard work to do the next few days, so I know I'll get some good exercise in!

I was put on a diabetic plan while pregnant with my son 13 years ago. They thought I had GD but I did not, it was due to Prednisone that my sugar looked high. I started the pregnancy at 193 and 194 at delivery time. After I had him, I weighed 169. I had not weighed that since high school. Gained it all back obviously. SO can you share the diabetic plan?

Lost 2 pounds but not sure how. I never do this but I bought Rocky Road ice cream, chocolate covered almonds and a Hershey Bar. Ate 1/2 lb of the almonds, 1/4 gallon of RR and the Hershey bar last night. I think it may be catching up in a couple of days. Yikes. No exercise except some housework. Tracked only the first 2 days.

Just did my weigh in for the challenge. I'm up 2 lbs emoticon BUT... I think that's the kick in the pants I need to get it together! haha

It's been so dang hard to get out and move with the weather, but I THINK the sun is finally going to be out for a few days. Got a walk in this morning and I'll either go do my group workout tonight, or do some yard work.

I start and restart often, but one thing I've learned is to stop waiting till Monday. emoticon

If you eat/drink something off your plan, drink some water, go for a walk and restart. Don't punish yourself, take note of why you went of plan so you can learn from it and move forward.
