Used the beach body portion fix and did measure ALL of my food yesterday. So that meant - no snacking. I was terribly short on the protein. Anyway, this morning I resume these activities and that is the goal today.

I'm going to weigh and measure my food. I have a beach body kit, a serving plate and two scales - one electric and one old fashioned. I must can use one of them. Oh yeah, and the measuring spoons and cups.

How about a fast day or cleanse day? If you choose to fast then no food at all or just very light soup or fruit or no food between say 7:00am to 7:00pm. If you choose a cleanse nothing but fruit apples, melons or berries all day with lot's of water. You choose the day that gives you the most challenge Saturday or Sunday.

Good Morning TEAM

On Monday to Friday I am a champion but on weekends I go overboard and gain a pound or two, so I think we should do some weekend challenges. Anyone else has this problem emoticon . Any ideas for a weekend challenge starting in September.
