Yes. I am still doing it. I fell off the wagon about a week but this week i am back on track as i have been losing inches following this routine. Also, you can modify it with different exercises.

No, I can't say that I have. The G5C is tough for me. I used lighter weights for the last 2 weeks but I find I don't like the routine. It's a combination of not liking ST and then the routine is tough. I like the idea and maybe you'll come across another one you'll suggest and I'll try it. I am going to look out for one. i have one in a book - I'll see if it's online. In the meantime I'll select some routines from Jessica Smith. But I do like a set routine, it's just that this one was tough.

Good morning Sweetney
I fell off the wagon a little last week, this week i plan to do better with the gimme 5 challenge, I see where i can tie into the honey badgers. 1000 jumping jacks was a challenge. emoticon at one time. I am happy you are having fun with challenge. Are you seeing any small changes. My bf said my pudgy belly is looking firmer and then my hairdresser said she thought i had on my waist band so yay.
