If looking to keep company while Rebounding there is a woman Rebounding "San Fran" . YOu can subscribe to her. She started a daily challenge in March and she has been posting almost daily her workouts. They are current.

WOW! I cannot believe I some how missed this one before now! LOL! I have a rebounder with the bar, like they show here for these exercises to progress to pull ups. I'm going to give that a try!

This one is pretty basic and a lot like what I do--just what ever feels good, trying to hold it a bit longer each time I do that move and then switching to another move when I need to and going back thru several moves again until I don't have any more time to give to it.

Really liked the move pictured in the screen shot above. I don't know why, but with all of the different arm combos I've tried over the years of rebounding, I never thought to do this same side oblique-like crunch high knee combo before and found it really fun!

that's wonderful! perhaps we should include playlists too--you have the awesome one on spotify that helps me when i cannot find a new rebounding vid to give a try. today I did interval rebounding....30 seconds health bounce 30 seconds full out going for it with different moves....over and over again until I was worn out.

Not only is that a great idea, but I thought I would try it as a "sticky topic" - that way it always stays up towards the top. We can have up to three sticky topics per Forum (and I think each team can have like 4 or 5 forums, depending on the need??).

I rebounded today but instead of videos, I just jumped along to the various "USA Marches" "US Marine Band" "4th of July" etc type Spotify playlists that I could find. Our little town is rather lax on fireworks rules so the whole neighborhood is busy firing now and will continue till 11 or 12 midnight I guess. Not sure if we will bother to go to the "official" town Fireworks display which is probably starting about now... the guys are grilling a late hamburger dinner. (we had gone to an Indo-Pak buffet for brunch middle of the day so ... we've been kinda full!

Also... I rebouonded out on the back patio - was fun watching the fireflies!!

Decided to start a threat for a bunch of these so I don't keep starting new ones. I really enjoy the music and comb of working along others and the occasional discover of new moves I've not tried.

This new video came out today. Enjoyed it very much. When the people on screen do something which doesn't feel good for my body, I do something else which fits the timing of the music. This was was pretty fun. Those abrupt halts were a surprise! I didn't do the leaning over on the bar move--but instead I felt like engaging my obliques more and did gentle twists with my upper body while jumping.
