@EO4WELLNESS did you find out more how "deodorant" assist the lymph to drain ? Is it a specific brand?? and I guess there are technical differences between a deodorant and an antiperspirant.??

Witch hazel with some essentials works pretty well too. And really even without wearing a toxic deodorant, sometimes there's an amazing amount of stuff that comes out of my pits after rebounding etc. I think that's what the "detox" is about. I have the salt crystal (alum?) on a twist-up stick as well for those days where I just feel like doing something different than splashing witch hazel around.

The lymph system and the benefits of a rebounder are THE reason that I purchased one. I mean like, it's fun, too. And as far as deodorant is concerned, I too use the salt crystals. Deodorant is a clogger. UGH! I never knew how much until I detoxed my armpits. (TMI, I know.)

huh? deodorant helps lymph glands drain? Why am I always reading stuff that deodorant clogs up the lymph nodes! I use witch hazel or those crystal things...

wow! just found out TODAY (why didn't i know this earlier?!?!??!?!) that the "deodorant" isn't really a deodorant. i've been using this for the past 10 years! just today i discovered instead, it assists the lymph to drain. how is that even possible? curious and perhaps gross things....

Cool! I am so excited I've regained my balance while rebounding after months of not being able to keep my balance post fluid in the ear after an illness and the hip injury. Really helps to be able to just jump and move about again without worrying about falling.

I have lymphadema in my right leg from the knee down... and in general, just poor circulation in my lower legs.

I tried out my urban rebounder for the first time yesterday. I was extremely impressed with how my lower legs felt after just 4 minutes of jumping.

Great article!! Are you using the ReboundAir? I forget which one. I still have this cheaper UrbanAir but so far, it's holding up!! Doubtless maybe because I haven't used it as much as I should.

I have noticed that if I try to jump off the mat "too high" the one knee gets kind of irritated with me. I wonder if that has to do more with the cheaper grade of springs not as supportive. Really wish there were places in my town that actually had working demos of these other brands, instead of me having to make a pilgrimage to some huge city like KC or OKC or Dallas etc.

Sure beats walking outside in this freezing wind. Actually it's not the wind that's so bad now, it's the treacherous footing because the snow "melts" in the sun but refreezes immediately because of the cold wind and wind chill I guess...and I haven't felt like messing with finding the slip-on ice cleats to keep from killing myself. Easier to just rebound indoors (in the coldest room of the house!)

Found some cool Links in the Lumohatic Benefits of Rebounding - I am thinking what I will do is just go into this post and edit it anytime I find a new article (or fix a Breidenthal link, etc). You are more than wcome to share and add to any list of articles on rebounding BENEFITS as well, like for cardio or lymph system. I'm just amazed at the various benefits.
