Hi Mandap77~ I haven't fully gotten back into the swing since the holidays. When I follow the simple diet correctly I lose some weight most weeks. I never lose weight fast on any diet but am more successful on this diet than weight watchers. Are you exercising? If you want to mix it up to try to shake your metabolisim into losing faster you could try having higher calorie days/entree shake choices, with alternate days of shakes/entrees in the lower calorie range. Is anyone actively doing this diet right now? The posts seem old other than chatterbox. So I wasn't sure. But my question is how many calories are people eating? Bc mine seem high (1300-1400) and my weight loss is sloooooooow. So I'm wondering if that's why. Tia!
