Those who said you do a video everyday are correct. If you look at the graph one column is for the videos and one is for cardio. There are seven videos, but only five days of cardio required. Enjoy the challenge!

That graph is kind of weird to read, u read it across not down. You do a video everyday. And 5 days of additional cardio work. The graph says do day 2-day 6. But really you can do any days you like. Just as long as there is at least 5 days.

My impression is that you do the videos 7 days but you do an extra 30 min of cardio on top of the videos 5 days a week.

Do you do the video 7 days a week or 5? I read it as 7 but then I thought I saw day one and day 7 as rest days. I could be wrong.
