I make my official weigh in at my TOPS meeting on Tuesday evenings.
But I have been noticing something and have decided to weigh daily for awhile and see if I can figure out why I am having such drastically different weights. I know that it will vary, but I feel there is something else going on, emoticon so this is only an experiment.

I do it on on my grocery shopping day (Wednesday). It keeps the temptation away so I don't buy a bunch of junk.

I step on the scale just before getting in the shower. My official weigh in is Saturday morning, that's the weight I track. I do weigh myself during the week once maybe twice just to see how I'm doing.

I agree with the others that weighing at the same time is the key.

I weigh in every morning. I need to. Last night I wanted peanut m & m's really bad, but instead I had yogurt with seeds and peanut butter. This morning I lost .5 I feel great that I didn't give in to my craving! I loose weight so slowly!

Thanks for the replies! It's good to know. I weigh in and measure every morning before I eat or exercise. That way if I've lost or maintained I feel positive about what I've done, and if I've gained during the week it makes me more determined to work harder!

I weigh in every day. I need to! It helps me see right away which way the scale is going. I don't loose weight fast, so if I loose and stay for a while, then loose and stay....that's good. Just as long as I don't go up.

I love this team as it encourages me to weigh in and check my measurements every week to track my progress. But I do have a question- what time of day do you weigh in? Do you weigh in after you've eaten or exercised? morning, afternoon, evening? I'm always curious as to when others decide to weigh themselves during the day as I've heard you weigh less in the morning.
