That is awesome news Paul!!!!

Go me, today we had a huge bake sale at work. I probably had to walk by the tables 16 or more times, Cinnamon rolls, pie, cupcakes, cookies,,, But none of them will help me lose my pound for the week, so I left them on the table.

Pastries 0 Me 16 I win! Nanny, nanny boo boo!

PS I did buy an entire coconut crème pie for the hubby. I love that man!

I found if I cut sugar, artificial sweeteners, and white flour I very seldom have cravings and I don't feel hungry!

Vacation was good eating almost - had 2 meals - fried stuff -but that was all for the day.

That's awesome. I am eating healthy but still have the cravings far too often!

OK...go me, I swam a true mile at the pool today! I have been swimming laps twice a week for the past month and thought the pool was 20 meters long. Found out this week that it is only 48 feet long so I have been shorting myself 15 laps each time. Today, I did the whole thing.

Go team! Walking in the cold is dedication and I know rebounding is a tough work out!

I have a mini trampoline and the Urban Rebounder DVDs, but until I am thinner it is a no go for me. I think it is excellent exercise, but my belly bounces and hurts. Spanx or a girdle would help but they don't make them this big.

I went out with friends for dinner and made super choices changing bread on tuna sandwich for plain dinner salad. Kept daily calories under 1300 and home in time to work out!

Go me! I went to exercise class after shoveling snow. I was tired and sore. The class was Urban Rebounding on mini trampolines. So I hope I shook off my back pain.

Yes I will! If we all stick to our programs we will all have new bodies! WE have a small but mighty group of motivated individuals and we can make some serious changes not only to our body to our outlook on life as well.

Go Laura on the steps! You are rocking it!

My silly thing is that walking kills my back. Within a few blocks I am in pretty bad pain, but I believe that every pound I lose will help ease it up and the more I build up my muscles in my core I may lose the back pain completely.

I AM SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THE GO TIME CHALLENGE!!!!

Go me today I started working out with a Body Blade. It is an odd piece of equipment that helps with your upper body and core. I have a long way to go in both of those areas.

I tell myself you don't have to do more than 10 minutes - just get at least 10 minutes in. When I get going I know I can do 20 and when I get to 20 I'm so close I can just do 10 more and have it made. But darn it getting to those first 10 can be my biggest challenge!

11 days into month and I am actually being more consistent. Keeping calories down AND working out. It actually shows on the scale - not super great but any loss is great in my book!
