I was able to stop binge eating and lose 15 pounds by using mindful eating techniques. It's the only thing that seemed to help. I hope others who are interested find this group.

Hello!! I'm sorry, after I decided to start this team I got really sick and I haven't been on sp at all!! I am here now and I hope to spend a little time on here each day!!
