I love using my exercise bike but I am planning on starting to use some of my cardio dvds again (I stopped because they are a pain to do in the small space I have with a 2yr old always right there... makes me worry Im going to be kicking and hes going to walk into it). Also when the weather warms up and stays warm we are planning on going for family bike rides, walks, and trips to the park. GL to all! emoticon

mostly walking, it works best for me but I have started adding videos from SP. 1 a day
Also i am playing tug a war with their dog, he weighs as much as I do but I am still winning.
I am gardening, Wed. we moved, carrying boxes worked for me, yesterday the hot water heater pipe busted and flooded 4 rooms, helping to clean it up was some of my cardio, did that for 4 hours.

I have a treadmill at home and run for at least 30 mins 6 times a week! I am looking to purchase an elliptical at this time as I would like to have a second piece of cardio equipment. I used one recently at a hotel gym when we were away for the weekend and enjoyed it very much! I am excited for outdoor running also as we are finally having good weather in Maine and I will be able to run outdoors!

I do Turbo Jam, cardio kickboxing, 40 minutes, when I'm at home; at the gym, 1 hour of water aerobics, 15 minutes or so on the bike and a couple times up/down the stairs.
today was a Turbo Jam kind of day; done before work this morning!

I use the treadmill and Coach Nicoles' cardio video for day one. Yesterday I got a small stepper, so will add that into the mix and now that the weather is turning nice, hubby and I are going to ride the bikes. I have found a friend who will walk with me, so i will meet her at her work once or twice a week and see how that goes.

I think I can, I think I can. woo woo

During the week I start with a 1 mile morning walk and then do various activities on the wii usually to make up about an hour or so on time... I have a feeling though that as the weather gets better I will be doing more outside.... Can't wait!!!

Tuesday I visit the gym and run a few miles while getting my inspiration watching biggest loser. The rest of the week I dance it out with my kids to Michael Jackson Experience and Just Dance on the Wii! There is rarely enough time in my day to work-out, spend QT with the kids and certainly not to watch TV, so this way I get a two-for-one! emoticon

For my cardio I do Leslie Sansone's 3 mile firm walk every morning, because it has upper body exercises as well as walking, and now that the weather is nicer, I am hoping to change from my wii aerobics to walking outside, and with gas prices the way they are, I am fixing tie tires on my bike, and I will be peddling the 2 miles to work every morning ( I hope)

I've been doing Slim in 6 - Start It Up (35 mins.) for the last 8 days. This week I'm adding Thin Thighs and Slim & Limber - alternating days for a total of 60 mins. a day. On my off days, I may just do 1-2 miles on my elliptical or walk around the block a couple times after dinner with the kids.

Hi, Due to some major health issues right now, my doctor has me doing senior water aerobics 3 x weekly, plus in between days I have been doing general swimming..I try to do the videos, and have to modify right now, I also do strength daily! Hopefully when my issues have been resolved (surgery) I will be able to get back to my walking routine!

I have brought the whole family in on this challenge and we hike on the weekends, usually 2hours in various state parks. Then during the week, the boys and I are going to utilize the Wii and the Xbox Kinect as cardio. Hubs is planning on running in the morning before work.

By the end of the challenge I hope to be doing Zumba 2-3 nights a week as well.
