Having computer problems lately. Had several viruses hiding on the machine. They are now gone. Changed computer repair shops as the first shop didn't understand the repair problems. The repair problem requires a new part. The new part is on its way. The computer is home for 2 days then will be back in shop for part replacement. When that is finished will be back to Spark again on daily bases.

Now my dear, you don't use glue... Just close your eyes shut while putting some pressure on the eyelid. One would have a tendency of opening them while putting the pressure on the eyelid but keep your eyes shut. emoticon

I too have times when I am super busy. Glad you are making time = we value that you can squeeze us in. I am writing a cookbook on top of my life journal book. Having fun but oh I have to be very careful in not overtaxing the body.

I must admit that the first lip exercise this week is tough. I'm now doing 2 repetitions of 25 but could only do one when we first started. The WOW exercise is still a challenge for me but it's improving. Thanks Mel!

I just finished doing this week's challenge. That was fun! The first one, I found a tad difficult -- sticking out my tongue for a whole minute but it felt good after. I say, yay for Yoga.

i was recognized today by a girl in my elementary school class.

i saw some old tv personalities. they look terrific today. do they get those gorgeous apples on their cheeks by exercise or other interventions.

i just remembered. when i was young i helped an older woman. she had a great complexion. she attributed it to never rubbing face when drying it. just pat with towel.

A lot of times when I am doing neck/throat exercises, my sinuses clear. They are not naturally stuffy, but in certain mold-enhancing weathers and when I eat too many carbs, they get that way. Also, I have a dental cross-bite and that causes some sinus vulnerability, so these stretches help a lot. emoticon
